are due Sunday, May 25th. This is the same day as Meet
the Greeks.
Don't
forget to register with the Collegiate Panhellenic where you will
be attending. General
Listing of Panhellenic Sites
Please
remember the Montgomery County Panhellenic (MCP) is a volunteer
organization comprised of women who are spending their time to help
you through this process. The earlier fully completed packets are
received, the better these volunteers can help you. Also, remember
MCP cannot guarantee a bid from a sorority.

DETERMINE
HOW MANY PACKETS YOU WILL NEED:
Registration
Packets will be distributed to each Panhellenic representative,
so you will need one packet per sorority at the university where
you are attending, plus two extra. This information can be obtained
by checking the General
Listing of Panhellenic Sites.
PACKAGING
YOUR PACKETS:
All
information must be placed in individual 9 X 12 manila envelopes.
Every envelope should be labeled on the outside as shown below.
If you're attending a school with six sororities, then you should
have eight envelopes (six sororities + two extra) with the above
information, i.e. registration form, resume, etc..
