Montgomey County Panhellenic Alumnae Association requires BOTH paper and electronic registration, as some college chapters are paperless and others aren't.
 

Make sure you have the following, in order to complete both Paper and Electronic Submittals:

• MCPAA Form

• Portrait Photo

• Full Figure Photo

• Resume

• Official or Unofficial Transcript (remove your Social Security Number)

 

LATE REGISTRATION JULY 1

Absolutely the very last day we are accepting late electronic submissions and paper packets. Paper packets must be delivered by 11:59 pm on July 1 to Carol Durkee’s House, 49 Waterford Lake, The Woodlands, TX 77381.  She has a collection box on the front porch.

 

 

I'm a Fall PNM. What do I do since it is after the deadline?

Ask all your friends and family if they were in a sorority and ask them to write and submit recommendation letters on your behalf to their sorority.  If you cannot find someone for a particular sorority, call up that sororities national headquarters and explain that you are looking for a recommendation letter.  Ask them for the name and telephone number/email of someone locally that you can contact to write you a recommendation.  Good Luck! 

 

WINTER REGISTRATION SEPTEMBER 1

…if you are going to a school that hosts recruitment after January 1 you have until September 1 to get your late submittals in.

By submitting information to Montgomery County Panhellenic Alumnae Association (MCPAA), you give MCPAA the right to release your information to others to write recommendations.  We respect your privacy, but because of the wide distribution of your information, we cannot guarantee full confidentially. Even though you have release your information to us, you are not guaranteed a written letter of recommendation and you are not guaranteed a bid to a sorority.
