Montgomery County Panhellenic Alumnae Association Registration

Don't forget to register with the collegiate Panhellenic at the university you will be attending! 

 

To complete your electronic submission, make sure you have the following:

 

  • Portrait photo

  • Full-figure photograph

  • Resume

Registration Due Dates
  • April 1, 2021 - Preferred

  • May 1, 2021 - Late decision deadline

 

Go to the Panhellenic website for your school, find the sororities on YOUR college's campus and start looking for alumnae from those sororities to help you with Recruitment Information Forms (called RIFs). Each campus has different sororities and it is our recommendation that you find an alumna related to each. Once you find someone connected to a Panhellenic organization, she can usually help connect you to others!

Electronic Registration Instructions
  • Save two (2) photographs onto your computer: A portrait and a full body photo. These photos should be saved as .jpg files. These will be used to help alums recognize you, so tasteful photos work best. You must use the following naming convention for your images: University-LastName-FirstName-HighSchool-FullPhoto or University-LastName-FirstName-HighSchool-PortraitPhoto (Example: TAMU-Swift-Taylor-CHS-PortraitPhoto.jpg)

  • Use our Sample Resume to build your resume and save it to your computer. Please save your resume as a .pdf or .doc file.  Again, you must use the naming convention: University-LastName-FirstName-HighSchool-Resume (Example -TAMU-Swift-Taylor-CHS-Resume.doc) PLEASE UPLOAD IN WORD DOC FORMAT.  No Mac .pages documents, please.

 

  • Upload your attachments.

 

  • Verify that you included A.) photographs, B.) uploaded your resume, and C.) correctly named all uploaded documents and photos.

 

  • Did you also read and accept the registration agreement?

 

  • If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact our Recruitment Chair. Please be sure the subject line has the following information: University-LastName-FirstName-HighSchool.

 

  • If you need to make a change to your submission, you may do so by following the link received in the confirmation form.  Make your changes and re-submit the file.

By submitting information to Montgomery County Panhellenic Alumnae Association (MCPAA), you give MCPAA the right to release your information to others to help in the recruitment process. We respect your privacy, but because of the wide distribution of your information, we cannot guarantee full confidentiality. Even though you have released your information to us, this is not being used by us to write a letter of recommendation or (RIF) unless this has been mutually agreed upon and privately discussed, and you are not guaranteed a bid to a sorority.
